La Taverna is a family-run organic farm that produces saffron, aromatic herbs, pearl spelled, vegetables and chilli.

The Agritourism Renai & Monte opened its doors in 1992, but the history of the farm goes back almost a century, hand in hand with that of four generations of Baragli. The family has always cultivated olive trees and vineyards just outside Gambassi Terme. Wholehearted farmers who still live according to the rural rituals of sharing and mutual assistance.
